Event date and time subject to change. No refunds or exchanges. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the Fair and its respective agents. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during, or after this event. You agree to release the Fair and its respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 1-39-104(a), the State of Wyoming and the Wyoming State Fair Board expressly reserve sovereign immunity and specifically retain all immunities and defenses available to them as sovereigns. You acknowledge that the State of Wyoming has sovereign immunity and only the Wyoming Legislature has the power to waive sovereign immunity.
