Does your young cowpoke want to show off their mutton bustin’ skills at the Wyoming State Fair? This is their chance! The World Champion Mutton Bustin’ competition will proceed the PRCA Rodeo on Thursday, August 17, 2023.

Registration opens July 1, 2023. Spots are limited to the first 30 participants who sign up. We will have a waiting list, should one of the initial participants not turn in their release by 8/4/2025 at 5PM.

Children ages 5 to 7 and who are under 65 lbs may enter. Participants must be in place by 5:45PM on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
