Master Plan

The Wyoming State Fair Board, in partnership with the Wyoming State Fair team, the State Construction Department – Construction Management Division, Plan One Architects, and K/O Fairground Planners, has completed an expanded Master Plan to guide the future development of the Wyoming State Fairgrounds & Event Complex.

Building on the progress made in previous Master Plans, this updated plan identifies priority facility improvements, evaluates existing infrastructure, and outlines strategic investments to support year-round events, fairtime operations, and long-term sustainability. The newly released expanded Master Plan sets a clear path forward, honoring more than a century of tradition while positioning the Wyoming State Fairgrounds & Event Complex for continued growth, innovation, and community impact.
